Chapter 15
The poor shoemaker.
Sneekpassed by a shoemaker on Books street. He thought that the shoemaker's
business was not doing very well and Sneek decided to help him. He opened
the phone directory and found a couple of numbers in Books Street.
He called some of them:

| Lady: | -Yes?!

| Sneek: | -Well, hello. This is shoemaker Sneek on Books Street.

| Lady: | -Yes, hi!
| |
| Sneek: | -Well, I was wondering, when are you gonna pick up your shoes? They
have been here quite long now?!
..............

| Lady: | -Shoes? Do I have any shoes there?
| |
| Sneek: | -Yes, it's written here "Mrs. Ericsson" and your phone number.
| |
| Lady: | -I don't remember that. What do they look like?
| |
| Sneek: | -Black, high-heeled and I must say that they look very nice. They have
been here for quite long, I don't even remember what I did with them.
It's gonna cost you around fifty or so.

| Lady: | -How long have they been there?
| |
| Sneek: | -Well, I don't know. I have seen them around for a long time. Maybe six
months, maybe a year, it's hard to say.

| Lady: | -Very strange, I don't remember it at all.
| |
| Sneek: | -Come and have a look at them, so maybe you get your memory back.
| |
| Lady: | -Yes, maybe I should do that.
| |
| Sneek: | -If you have something else I can fix, bring it along!
| |
| Lady: | -Yes, I will see.
| |
| Sneek: | -You are welcome.
| |
| Lady: | -Thank you, bye!
| |
| Sneek: | -Bye-bye.
Unfortunately Sneek couldn't find out if he helped the shoemaker
or not, but there was at least 20 new people in his store that day.
