Sneek´s prank calls

Chapter 1
Doctor Sneek, General Hospital.

One day, there were fifteen ads about missing cats in the newspaper.
The big amount seemed very strange to Sneek and he decided to do
something about it. He called all of them and this is what happened:

Lady: -123456.

Sneek: -Hallo! Did you advertise in the newspaper about your lost cat?

Lady: -Yes, I did.

Sneek: -Well, I am doctor Sneek from General Hospital. We are going to perform a big cat-experiment tomorrow morning. We have got lots of cats here. We have to call the ads about lost cats to check that your little cat is not here. There is a new law about this.

Lady: -Do you have a brown-spotted cat with white paws?

Sneek: -Well, we have about three or four of them.

Lady: -Oh dear! What should I do now?

Sneek: -Well, the best thing would be if you could come here and have a look.

Lady: -Yes, I´d better do that.

Sneek: -Do you know the way to the General Hospital? Take bus number 48.

Lady: -Oh yes, I'll find it.

Sneek: -Please come here at a quarter to eight tomorrow morning. Then you go to the information desk and tell them that this is about the cat-experiments. They'll first say that we don't do any cat-experiments, because they don't want the public to know about it. It is because the cats suffer very much, I would say.

Lady: -Oh, really? How terrible!

Sneek: -Yes, but be insistant and don't give up! Tell them you talked to me and they'll let you through.

Lady: -I won't give up. For sure.

Sneek: -You are welcome and don't forget that you have to be firm in case they persist.

Lady: -I will. Thank you so much.

Sneek: -Good bye!

Lady: -Bye-bye!
Four days later Sneek could read in the local newspapers that a prank caller caused an uproar in the General Hospital. Sneek had called everyone who had an ad that day and the poor attendant was almost torn into pieces, because he persistently denied that there were any experiments with cats in the hospital. Finally the police came to his rescue.
