Chapter 9
Sneek's younger sister.
Sneek's little sister is 16 years old. Her name is Angela, but people
call her "The Angel". Among her qualifications is her phenomenal capacity
to imitate children. She disguises her voice and speaks exactly like a
four-five years old kid. One night she dialled a number at random and this is
what happened:

| The Angel: | -Daddy?

| Uncle: | -No, my little friend. I'm not your daddy. You must have dialed a wrong
number.

| The Angel: | -No, I hear it`s you, Daddy.
| |
| Uncle: | -No, I'm not your daddy.
| |
| The Angel: | -Yes you are!
| |
| Uncle: | -What's your name?
| |
| The Angel: | -Can't you tell it's Eva?!
| |
| Uncle: | -Eva, I'm not your daddy. You dialed the wrong number.

| The Angel: | -Daddy, I don't want to stay with grandma.
| |
| Uncle: | -Why not?
| |
| The Angel: | -She is nasty.
| |
| Uncle: | -No, I'm sure she is nice.
| |
| The Angel: | -She has one man here and they drink alcohol!
| |
| Uncle: | -Really? Where is your mother?
| |
| The Angel: | -You know she is in the Canary Islands with uncle Leffe!

| Uncle: | -Oh! What is your daddy's phone number?
| |
| The Angel: | -I don't know.
| |
| Uncle: | -How did you know to call here?
| |
| The Angel: | -I just dialed and dialed and dialed.

| Uncle: | -Where does your grandma live?
| |
| The Angel: | -Now they quarrel. He is shouting and grandma says "I don't want to ,
I don't want to."

| Uncle: | -Isn't it better if you go to bed now?
| |
| The Angel: | -No, I can't sleep. They are quarreling and quarreling and quarreling
and grandma don't want to.

| Uncle: | -Where does your grandma live?
| |
| The Angel: | -38 Backstreet, you know that!
| |
| Uncle: | -What is her last name?
| |
| The Angel: | -You know that it's Nilsson.
| |
| Uncle: | -Eva, if you go to bed now, then maybe your daddy comes tomorrow and
picks you up.

| The Angel: | -No, I want you to come right now.
| |
| Uncle: | -Eva, letīs do like this. You go to bed and when you are already asleep I
will come or some other nice person comes. Okey?!

| The Angel: | -But I want you to come!
| |
| Uncle: | -I'll try, Eva. Promise to me that you'll go to bed now.
| |
| The Angel: | -Okey. Bye.
| |
| Uncle: | -Good night.
Nilsson of 38 Backstreet is Sneek's neighbour, living right under
him. Sneek never liked him, because he always complains over
Sneeks activities. After 45 minutes Sneek heard some noise in the
stairway. Police arrived and asked the Nilssons about a kid.
Nilsson was totally non-understanding.
